Astrophysics and the Earth BATTLE of Buildings

RD-blog -number-3054

This report will be described in stages.   Given the background setting, the last  stage will address  the  "BATTLE  of  BUILDINGS"   between 2 universities: Northern Illinois University and Virginia TECH.   This is a theoretical  model  with data  ..... a starting point for other thinkers with more math and science skill to improve upon.

This is intended  to encourage  the existence of  research funds for   the Alan Sokal  project  ......  SCIENCE WARS .   We need to study the various battlefields  on EARTH .....
such as UTOE  = Unified Theory of Everything  at UTOEYA,  Norway  ......  and
the LIE algebra battle at Liege,  Belgium  ..... and
the 18 atomic family columns battle at COL = Columbine High School in Colorado.

Let's look at the astrophysics war to regain   CONTROL of EARTH  social science systems.

Inverse Astrophysics VIEW

The inverse astrophysics VIEW of EARTH provides us with  concepts and symbol tools needed to understand human events on the EARTH geography surface.

In traditional astronomy and modern astrophysics, theorists and scientist stationed on planet EARTH look outward at the heavens ...... at the Solar System and the galaxies. They gather data with various telecopes, study  the data,  develop explanations, models, and theories.
This information is published in research papers  and magazines  ... thus an excellent source for concepts and ideas that may be used elsewhwere.

We have regular astrophysics...or the UNIVERSE studied by astrophysics --> giving the term....
Universe astrophysics.
Inverse astrophysics is based on Einstein's  theory of relative sizes and viewing positions.

In INVERSE astrophysics   ....  we think  that the Milky Way Galaxy and the Man on the MOON   are studying EARTH and the various human activites of  EARTH.

Astrophysics chemistry VIEW of EARTH covalent bond expressions

Let's look at the astrophysics galactic LOCAL REGION (Planet EARTH)  from the view of a distant virtual observer. Let's assume this entity is an INTELLECTUAL type existing millions of  miles away from the EARTH and that hypothetical scientist studies EARTH.

Using Einstein's theory of relative sizes and viewing positions  ...... we are  just changinging the poiint of VIEW.

Thorne, Hawking and other residents on the geogrphy surface of  the space/.time point (EARTH)  look OUTWARD at the fabric of space/time and its astronomy/astrophysics activities in the Milky WAY galaxy and elsewhwere.

Let's reverese this ....as assume the galaxy is looking at EARTH and the human activities.

EARTH is a subset of the Solar System. The Solar System is a subset of the astrophysics galaxy.
There Earth is a subset of astrophysics areas  ..... like astrophysics chemistry.

Astrophysical Chemistry Group

Now, let's look at EARTH from that distant VIEW ...but first let's review modern EARTH perceptions and the covalent bond  SOCIAL CHEMISTRY activity at Northern Illinois Universuty,  Cole Hall, DeKalb, Illinois.    Then we will look at the astrophysics VIEW of EARTH.
Thus we have 2 stages tot his report:
1) the modern perception of NATURE's chemsitry system at geogarphy location DeKALB, Illinois (a  local region covalent bond)
2) the astrophysics VIEW of the EARTH and the United States .....will reveal a covalent bond in a new FORMAT of expression  ..... connecting the DeKalb, Illinois and the Virginia TECH  tragedies.  Thus astrophysics has practical applications upon EARTH  VIA  social chemistry expression  models using objects (atomic /moclular  or matheamtical-physics entities   such as  biochemsitry humans, cement buildings, geometry coordinates).

The Theory of Everything and Grand Unified Theory are useful concept tools in this example.
The Astrophysical Chemistry Group is a subject group of the Royal Society of Chemistry. and the Royal Astronomical Society.
Its aims are the encouragement ...

Covalent bond war and the Cole Hall student casualties

Humans are composed of molecules supplied by Nature's systems engineers ..... that engage in physical biology engineering, brain engineering,  human behavior engineering, thought engineering, English language symbols engineering,  science equations and formula, and  social engineering.

These various projects  of Nature are applied to experimental subsets of  human.   Actual testing is common science lab protocol  ..... Nature  uses  EARTH LAB wiith  humans and human groups.

For example, the famous  Benjamin LEWIN clincal trial  in gene social languages  and cell social expression experiments was the clinical TRIAL  of President Clinton , and Lewin(sky).

We live in an interesting intellectual world  ....with many puzzles about daily life that are in newspaper reports. Newspapers often  print an incomplete explanation of a tragic event;  providing a  basic algebra / science puzzle for arm-chair amateur detectives with  basic math, biochemistry, chemistry, physics college textbooks as reference books.

Let's look at a chemistry molecule expression FORMAT   ---> social chemistry and  molecule social engineering ERROR signals.

Covalent bond

covalent bond is the chemical bond that involves the sharing of pairs of electronsbetween atoms. The stable balance of attractive and repulsive forces between atoms when they share electrons is known as covalent bonding.[1] For many molecules, the sharing of electrons allows each atom to attain the equivalent of a full outer shell, corresponding to a stable electronic configuration.

Covalent bonding includes many kinds of interaction, including σ-bondingπ-bonding, metal-to-metal bonding, agostic interactions, and three-center two-electron bonds

In the molecule H2, the hydrogen atoms share the two electrons via covalent bonding.[5] Covalency is greatest between atoms of similar electronegativities. Thus, covalent bonding does not necessarily require the two atoms be of the same elements, only that they be of comparable electronegativity. Although covalent bonding entails sharing of electrons, it is not necessarily delocalized.

Early concepts in covalent bonding arose from this kind of image of the molecule ofmethane. Covalent bonding is implied in the Lewis structureby indicating electrons shared between atoms.

The term "covalence" in regard to bonding was first used in 1919 by Irving Langmuirin a Journal of the American Chemical Society article entitled "The Arrangement of Electrons in Atoms and Molecules". Langmuir wrote that "we shall denote by the termcovalence the number of pairs of electrons that a given atom shares with its neighbors."[6]

The idea of covalent bonding can be traced several years before 1919 to Gilbert N. Lewis, who in 1916 described the sharing of electron pairs between atoms.[7] He introduced the Lewis notation or electron dot notation or Lewis dot structure in which valence electrons (those in the outer shell) are represented as dots around the atomic symbols. Pairs of electrons located between atoms represent covalent bonds. Multiple pairs represent multiple bonds, such as double bonds and triple bonds. An alternative form of representation, not shown here, has bond-forming electron pairs represented as solid lines.

Lewis proposed that an atom forms enough covalent bonds to form a full (or closed) outer electron shell. In the methane diagram shown here, the carbon atom has a valence of four and is therefore surrounded by eight electrons (the octet rule); four from the carbon itself and four from the hydrogens bonded to it. Each hydrogen has a valence of one and is surrounded by two electrons (a duet rule) - its own one electron plus one from the carbon. The numbers of electrons correspond to full shells in the quantum theory of the atom; the outer shell of a carbon atom is the n=2 shell which can hold eight electrons, while the outer (and only) shell of a hydrogen atom is the n=1 shell which can hold only two.

While the idea of shared electron pairs provides an effective qualitative picture of covalent bonding, quantum mechanics is needed to understand the nature of these bonds and predict the structures and properties of simple molecules. Walter Heitlerand Fritz London are credited with the first successful quantum mechanical explanation of a chemical bond, specifically that of molecular hydrogen, in 1927.[8]Their work was based on the valence bond model, which assumes that a chemical bond is formed when there is good overlap between the atomic orbitals of participating atoms. These atomic orbitals are known to have specific angular relationships between each

The incident happened at the campus's Cole Hall.
At approximately 3:05 p.m. CST, Steven Kazmierczak entered a large auditorium-stylelecture hall in Cole Hall (Auditorium 101) with approximately 120 students, where anoceanography class was in session.
Thus we see the chemistry molecule expression of anger.
What chemistry equation is expressing the anger?
That requires a lot more research.
An example might be ... the H = hydrogen model ..... with  the picture of the  building below.
Perceive the building as a left HALL classroom  and a right HALL classroom  --->
the parallel equivalent at a atom/molecule LEVEL     .......
left H = Hydrogen and a right H = Hydrogen.

What's this?

  • When two hydrogen atoms get close enough, the electron from each atom feels an attraction from the proton in the other atom's nucleus.
  • This attraction pulls the atoms together.
  • The electrons end up being shared by the atoms in a region around the nucleus of both atoms.

Let's look at the molecule SIGNAL evolution.
We started with the  cement/concrete/brick building known by proper noun:  Cole HALL.

Thus we see some of the pieces to an interesting astrophysics puzzle about astrophysics chemistry EARTH LAB  war zone.

Remember .... Galileo the DEFENDER (of EARTH) since year 1616 ... base 16 SPACE and  base 16 TIME.

Astrophysics  VIEW of  EARTH  and the Battle of Buildings.

Given the outline above, we see that the architecture of existence on EARTH is very complex and  compose of a wide variety of  objects and formats and expressions.   Thus EARTH space / time  is contains many physical  things:  people, buildings , cities, farms, forest, etc.
In addition, it now contains  symbol buildings:   languages for the   eye/optical nerve. A college textbook in  biochemistry is a symbol  building with special words,  data,   cell process diagrams,  flowcharts, etc.

Ten thousand years ago the biochemistry molecules  existed  in physical biology ,,,,, but did  not have symbol existence.
Thus ...in the last 100 years  ..the last 50 years...since 1960 ... these molecules experienced Darwinian  evolution into   the world   of symbols, nouns, flowcharts, etc.   Now, in year 2103 we can perceive ...sometimes...that a molecule as 2 identities  ....  especially since the biochemistry textbooks are emerging  into the James  Joyce   data stream of consciousness  ... that influences thought and behavior.

Now, the astrophysics VIEW of EARTH  is "The Tale of TWO CITIES"    ..... physical buildings  and symbol.s buildings.

Using general concepts ...we have

1) Cole Hall  ..Oceanography  ---> capital letter   initials  ----> CHO  extensions into the symbol worlds -->
